Brian Blind
Mr. Blind represents businesses and their owners in a variety of commercial and corporate transactions. Much of Mr. Blind’s practice involves the acquisition or finance of multifamily residential or commercial real estate.
Mr. Blind graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a Business Transactions Concentration in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Blind was a staff writer for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and was a member of the Business and Tax Law Association.
Mr. Blind has been admitted and is currently licensed to practice law in all Tennessee courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Knoxville, Sevier County, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Mr. Blind has previously served on the Board of Directors of Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.
Mr. Blind was selected among the Mid-South Rising Stars by Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
