P. Dyer graduated from the University
of Tennessee in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration.
In 1994, he graduated from the University
of Tennessee College of Law and then joined the firm.
Mr. Dyer is admitted and licensed to practice law in
all Tennessee and Kentucky courts, the U.S. District
Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky,
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and
the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Tennessee
Board of Law Examiners District II Investigating
Committee and the Knoxville
and Tennessee
Bar Associations.
