• Represented Bike Athletic Company, Inc. in a successful, Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
• Represented borrowers in financing transactions involving more than $750,000,000 in the aggregate.
• Represented the sellers in business acquisitions totaling more than $450,000,000 in the aggregate.
• Represented real estate developers in transactions during the preceding twelve (12) months including a single project with construction and development costs in excess of $100,000,000 and projects in a single sector with an aggregate value of $250,000,000.
• Successfully settled a claim against officers and directors of a “dot com” company.
• Negotiated executive compensation agreements with annual salaries in excess of $1,000,000.
• Formed hundreds of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies.
• Served on the Bankruptcy Panel for the United States Trustee’s Office for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
• Served as counsel to the unsecured creditor’s committee for Medex Regional Laboratories, LLC.
• Represented Tennessee Valley Steel, Inc. in its Chapter 11 reorganization.
• Served as general counsel for software companies, high-tech companies, real estate developers, managers, and brokers.
• Represented physician groups in mergers, compensation issues, practice formations and general regulatory matters.
